Yum for all...and healthy too! February 14, 2010 Irene Colorado (Colorado mountains) These were a great hit, among adult foodies and typical kids. They appear like and taste like REAL food (and if you like Pringles or Lays these are not for you!). Flavorful without being overwhelming, good texture, nice variable-sized pieces (think sliced potato).
spicy hot heart chips December 25, 2009 James J. Maguire (Carle Place N.Y.) Theses chips are excellent. the bag size is just right and the chips are pleasantly spicy. They make for good snacking anytime. They are low fat sodium and calories.
Not the greatest... December 17, 2009 Vitoria Venturini (USA) It is definitely healthier than other potato chips, but not as tasteful. I expected more a garlic flavor (more obvious), but instead it is very subtle. If you just want a hint of taste, go for it. But opt for something else if you really want a strong taste from your chips.
OKAY December 12, 2009 AAVID READER (chicago area) Bought these because I'm always looking for low calorie, low fat snacks that taste good or are good substitutes for the real thing. These are just okay and I didn't feel the difference in calories between them and real chips was significant enough to seek them out. There are other baked chips out there that I would prefer.
Fine only if you like thick potato chips December 3, 2009 J (Philadelphia, PA) These are okay. They are a bit thick-cut, which is fine until you hit the ones from the ends of the potato (ask yourself first, how sure are you of your dental work?), and the ones with a lot of skin tend to be pretty chewy. The seasoning was tasty--not too much or too little.
I bought these on sale, and for the money, I'm not sorry we tried them. But overall, I would not recommend these.
