Tastes like my childhood memories...exactly what I wanted! November 30, 2009 Erica Douglass (Solana Beach, CA United States) Ever since being diagnosed with Celiac disease, I've missed simple white bread products...hamburger and hot dog buns among them. I have tried many buns that come out of the package heavy and don't taste very good.
These are totally different. First, they are light and fluffy. Second, they taste GREAT! I wrap them loosely in a damp paper towel and put them in the microwave for 25 seconds. Today I brought home an In-N-Out burger "protein style" (wrapped in lettuce) and popped it in this bun. For several minutes I completely forgot about my diet restrictions and just enjoyed having a burger again. This is what it's all about. I'm overjoyed I found these!

This product is just OK. Will not buy again. Too thick and crumbly. Does not hold up.

When I discovered these rolls I no longer felt deprived of wheat; however, you MUST toast them first. Both the taste and texture changes when you slice these in half and toast them. You can then butter and eat them warm, or let them cool and make a great tasting sandwich.

I first ate these buns in Disney World. They served them everywhere to anyone who needed gluten-free bread. They are low in calories and do not have that awful taste usually present in white rice breads. While I know there are tastier gluten-free breads, I rely on these because they are acceptable and low in calories. Mary Ann
What you want in a roll September 13, 2007 Love my food (Missouri) I really like these rolls because it is the FILLING that is important to me. I find that most GF breads/rolls have a strong taste that detracts from the taste of the filling. This product has a very light taste, meaning I can enjoy it with anything including butter and honey, or with a turkey pattie and salad.
The texture is great (for GF) especially when lightly toasted and it doesn't crumble at all (miracle!)
